At the end of 2014 as part of a continued focus on Customer Care Autoclenz embarked on a long term commitment with IIC Investors in Customers. This meant that independently the IIC contacted existing Autoclenz customers and asked them to rate our service against rigorous criteria. Furthermore the IIC also contacted all employees of Autoclenz to benchmark how they felt about Autoclenz, is it a good place to work ?, do you feel engaged and empowered in delivering the best possible service to our customers ? The result was pleasing with an Outstanding accreditation.
